WRSMH attorney Konstantin Burshteyn obtained a $990,000 settlement for his client who was involved in a motor vehicle accident. Our client, a 63-year-old taxi driver with a number of prior accidents, claimed that he reaggravated prior injuries to his neck, back, and knees and was ultimately required to have surgery on his neck. Defendants contested their negligence in the matter and appealed a decision from the Supreme Court granting our client summary judgment on the issue of liability. The case was settled following a failed private mediation where Konstantin rejected the defendants’ offers.
