Our client, a 60-year-old man, was the operator of a stalled vehicle that was rear-ended. Our client suffered injuries to his neck and shoulder, but he made an excellent recovery. Defendants moved for summary judgment, which Jay defeated. After a private mediation, the case settled for $880,000.
